Carol has a lifetime’s experience delving into physicians’ and consumers’ hearts and minds to determine what drives them to make the choices they make and understand how to influence their behavior. She has served in senior executive capacities in advertising at Saatchi & Saatchi and Young & Rubicam, and in trend forecasting and consulting firms, Yankelovich and Roper. She has also taught in the Graduate School of Business at San Francisco State University and was involved with Columbia University's Program in Narrative Medicine.
When she’s not on the road, Carol enjoys playing with Martin, her Fox Terrier, exploring New York restaurants with Steve, and studying the Italian Renaissance.
